Customer Services Executive Salisbury Salary £22,000 (Pro rata)
We are seeking a fantastic Customer Services Executives for a distribution company in between Salisbury and Warminster. Our client is a successful organisation looking for extraordinary people to join their fabulous team. The role,
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiry calls
- Handling Consumer complaints
- Processing orders through the database
- Logging and recording outbound calls
- Support sales team and up selling where possible
The person,
- Exceptional level of Customer Service
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Computer literate, including all Microsoft Office packages
- Attention to detail
- Be a problem solver
- Excellent work ethic
- 4x GCSE grade 4 & above including Maths & English
- Have own motorised transport due to the remote location of the office
