Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Present and promote products or services to prospective clients
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information and answer customer questions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Ability to work independently
