TPF Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a market leading Top 30 firm of chartered accountants based near Chichester.

Our Client provides a wide array of accounting services to their clients across Sussex, Surrey and the South-East.
They're now looking for an Accounts Senior to join their experienced team. Your clients will be made up primarily of non audit clients across a range of sectors and industries.

You will have an autonomous position, with the support of an experienced team andyou will be given a fantastic career opportunity to develop and progress both technically and professionally.

Manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Your responsibilities will be across Accounts Preparation, Management Accounts, VAT and Tax assignments.
Responsibility for organising and planning the workload across the team.
Working with the Partner; setting budgets, negotiating fees and monitoring the billings.
Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team.
You will play an active role in developing and building your own portfolio.

Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience

A minimum of 3 years' accountancy practice experience.

Experience of running your own client portfolio would be advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge of several cloud accounting systems would be advantageous

Sage, Xero, Quickbooks etc.

Benefits
£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.
