Code 56 is an IT support company in Derby looking for a
Customer Service Administrator (Part-time) £21,000 - £25,000 pro-rata p/a.
We're looking for someone that loves finding solutions to challenges and has a thirst for knowledge to join us for between 20 to 30 hours per week spread evenly over the working week (Monday - Friday).
As a front-line role, your customer service and communication skills need to be one of your strengths. You need to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
You'll be working on your own in our office one day, and then as part of a team of 40 at a customer's site the next.
This is an entry-level role, so training and development will be provided to help strengthen whatever experience you have (or not).
- Answering the phones & taking messages
- Password resets
- Creating and shutting down user accounts
- Setting up new computers
- Booking deliveries
- Sending Quotes
- Helping with our social media presence
Continuous improvement is a big part of our "Code", and as your experience and skills grow, we'll add more duties and responsibilities to your role, along with reviewing your salary.
In time that will include supporting customers at their sites & offices, so you'll need a full driving license and ideally have your own transport (mileage will be paid at the full HMRC amount).
During your probation period you'll be primarily working from the office in Derby but after passing, you will be able to work from home (or remotely) occasionally.
You'll start with 29 days (pro-rata) paid holiday, which includes all UK Bank Holidays, plus your birthday.
Be aware, you may be required to work between Christmas & New Year as we cover this on an "on call" basis shared between the team.
