What is the job role?

You will be an Energy Consultant required to call prospective clients using our dialler system with the aim of discussing and procuring a future energy contract for them.

We are B2B (Business2Business) and can help clients of all sizes from your local newsagent/butcher to public schools and hospitality all the way to large manufacturers and anything in between.

Your aim is to help clients find the best energy contract out there for them, secure it and then ensure when the contract comes to an end the client has no doubt they'll use us next time.

What do we need?
We need someone who is going to come into our business and help us achieve our goals with as many of the below as possible:

First and foremost, love talking to people, that will be the vast majority if your day-to-day role.
Be punctual and timely.
After training, be able to establish customer needs and identify how we can help those needs and secure their business.
Manage future customer needs, expectations and your diary to be available when needed.
Be resilient and determined.
Be motivated and come with a real cando attitude.
Finally, and most importantly, someone who is enthusiastic, positive, selfmotivated and ready to put the work in to reap the rewards
