£20,812-£21,189 Pro-Rata per annum, plus weekend enhancements (Scale C) Part-time, 24 hours per week


Post 2:
£20,812-£21,189 Pro-Rata per annum, plus weekend enhancements (Scale C) Part-time, 18 hours per week


Post 3:
£20,812-£21,189 Pro Rata per annum, plus weekend enhancements (Scale C) Part-time, 10 hours per week, Weekends only

Do you have experience of working in a retail, leisure or heritage environment with excellent customer care skills, experience of operating sophisticated computer systems and also cash handling skills?

You will be qualified to a minimum of level 2 but higher qualifications are not essential for these roles. You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a public facing role. Museum experience is
NOT required.


Duties will include ticket sales, selling merchandise, reception duties, delivering guided tours of the Battlements & Dungeons, gallery invigilation and any other requirements of the role.
