Senior CRM Coordinator - Lancashire (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office) - £33,000 - Retail

The Key Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Coordinator:

  • Liaise closely with the CRM Manager; making sure that the right messages reach the right customers
  • Be responsible for the execution of campaigns across of digital and nondigital platforms
  • Produce regular reports on the performance of the database and ensure regular contact with the store teams
  • Analyse the data selection and maintain the customer database
  • Proven experience of working with CRM service providers is essential
  • Fantastic organisational, communication and numeric skills are essential for this role
  • A quick learner with an 'eye for detail' and a commercial mindset
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel and is very numeric
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where a passion for retail and marketing is vital
