We are looking for someone bright, and keen to learn, who has the potential to be a great all-round marketer.

Whilst we are not expecting years of experience in search or digital marketing, we are expecting someone who is ambitious and has a massive desire to thrive within social but also learn other channels within the performance marketing team.

Someone who is committed, result driven and wants to be a part of a vibrant team, here at the heart of Kelham Island.

One day you could be optimising and planning social campaigns, followed by a day working with the wider team to scope out developments and working on tasks to support other channels such as, paid search, paid social and SEO.

In exchange, we will teach you to be a well-rounded executive, get you settled in agency life and help set you up for a career in Digital Marketing.

• Analytics would also be advantageous
• Experience in platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Meta, Mailchimp, Hootsuite etc.
• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Someone who is ambitious, hungry to develop their skills and grow with the business
• Comfortable working with continuous change in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Have the enthusiasm to work with clients rather than avoid them

• Campaign planning, implementation and optimisations across the organic social channels
• Completing reports, analysing data, researching, and assisting with proposals and reviews
• Provide support on tasks such as competitor and keyword research
• Staying on top of market trends for innovation within the performance marketing space
• Collaborating with account managers to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed
• Performance check ins and optimisations supporting on paid campaigns
• Attending in person or online meetings with clients as and when needed
• Actively working on Vivid's internal social activity
• Assisting Vivid marketing
• Posting on socials (booking in the creative team and briefing on any assets needed)
• Creating and posting blog content on the Vivid website
• Liaising with the wider team on content and marketing calendar

• Salary: £20K £23K DOE + Benefits

• Sheffield, S3 8SE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

• Paid Search or
