The Umbrella Service Housing Repair Co-ordinator will work with housing officers and other services within Preston Road Women's Centre to manage repairs to Umbrella properties, provide support to women to maintain tenancies and ensure the properties are maintained to a high standard.
She will also work with the team to allocate tenant damage debt and work with external contractors to maintain working relationships and ensure high quality work is consistently delivered.
