Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a leading business in the Financial Services sector based in Sutton.

The postholder will be responsible for providing support to their financial advisors and covering a rangeof duties in administration.

Duties Include:

Administration support to the financial advisers, and servicing new & existing clients
Working with the back office system maintaining client files and details
New business processing and submissions to business quality
Active role in the client annual review process

You will possess the following attributes:

Miniumum of 3 years experience of Pensions, Investment, and Protection Administration
Must be positive, friendly and approachable
Conscientious worker with an eye for details
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
