Interim Head of Finance Integration (Hybrid) job with our client based in Edinburgh.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the main duties and responsibilities include:

Establish a Finance Change Programme Office
Represent finance with the Group Programme Office
Work closely with the migration programme, reporting progress against plan
Lead on change management relating to the finance function and operational areas
Drive continuous improvement across the finance department
Mentor and develop finance team members
