Are you looking for an administrative based role in the centre of Norwich? Our friendly, fast-paced team have an exciting opportunity for a Management Support administrator to join the existing team
Our Child Family and Young Persons Service is based at 80 St Stephen's Road, in the centre of Norwich and is on all the main public transport routes, with public car parks nearby too.
This is a permanent position and we're ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time basis, but part time hours would be considered.
Our dedicated service supports young people between the ages of 14-25 and in this post you'll be providing admin support to the wider team in order for them to be able to provide an efficient service to our service users.
Our service offers a welcoming and supportive environment and when you join us, you can expect comprehensive training to ensure you understand the different processes and systems we use.
If you're a proactive, organised administrator with a can-do attitude - we would love to hear from youYou will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.
Knowledge of the Trust systems such as ESR, Oracle, Trac and Health Roster would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.
You should be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
