Description

Permanent HR Generalist is required for leading manufacturing business based in Ballynahinch.


The role requires a dynamic and experienced HR professional who will be responsible for all HR related practices in a stand alone role.

My client are looking for an individual with previous HR experience at officer or generalist level who has the capability and desire to excel in the role.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:


  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements and best practice
  • End to end recruitment activities including annual monitoring returns to ECNI
  • Coaching and mentoring the management team in ER issues and cases
  • Updating HR data to inform and support the management team
  • Responsible for the administration duties and managing all stages of the employee life cycle such as onboarding, development, retention and offboarding
  • Drive the Wellbeing strategy and continue the wellbeing initiatives with the Wellbeing Champions
  • Administration of employee records and maintaining GDPR compliance.
  • Any other reasonable duties required.

Essential Criteria:


  • Educated to Alevels or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in a HR officer/generalist role
  • Minimum level 5 CIPD qualified
  • Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice.
  • IT literate with strong skills in MS Office.
  • Positive work attitude

Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am pm & Friday 8.00 am pm


Salary:
up to £40,000 (DOE)
