    Job Description:

    In the capacity of Risk Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of the Risk Management Framework within the first line of defence. This endeavour aims to enhance risk management practices, ensuring they are closely aligned with corporate objectives. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of professionals and report directly to the head of risk, with the position based in London.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with business units and engage various functions to support the implementation of robust risk management strategies.
    • Support the enhancement of second-line risk oversight and understand significant risks within different business and functional units.
    • Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) processes and deliver quarterly reports.
    • Oversee risk management activities and assist with other risk management projects as needed.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate an understanding of insurance products, services, and associated regulatory regimes.
    • Possess the ability to collect and review quantitative data, conduct quantitative analysis, including interpretation and impact assessments of key risk indicators and/or metrics.
    • Show aptitude for working collaboratively and flexibly within a team environment.
    • Hold a degree-level qualification or equivalent.
