Client Experience Manager

Working for a growing bijou training company we are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and experienced client manager who can take care of corporate clients and deliver an outstanding experience for their course participants so that they can continue tobuild long term partnerships and in turn grow the business.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Attendance at key meetings during sales cycle or upon handover from sales, to meet client, demonstrate credibility and capability and build strong relationships.
Leadership of client meetings as well as ongoing programme management meetings.
Creation and management of a project plan for the endtoend programme.
Ownership of programme requirements and communicating this to the wider team, to ensure the programme is resourced appropriately.
Creation of a communications plan and supporting the client to cascade the plan to the course participants
Send your clients the feedback their course participants provide after each masterclass or workshop so that they know how their people are engaging with the learning and the impact
As the owner of your own portfolio of clients, you are responsible for building strong relationships and strategic partnerships. You will get to know your clients' businesses, understand their needs and make insightful recommendations that will supporttheir people as well as grow the business.

Experience & skills required:

Track record of managing corporate client accounts and relationships
Confidence presenting to groups of senior stakeholders.
Experience working in learning and development or consulting would be beneficial.
Demonstrable project and programme management experience
Warm and professional verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail
IT proficiency and confidence handling data (Microsoft Office and a CRM system)
