Have you got at least a year of experience working as an IT support engineer and looking for a new challenge? A well-established Retail brand is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team The IT Support Analyst position will be responsible for providingtechnical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for Head office and retail stores.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve incidents and requests via ticketing system and help answer the Retail Help Desk hotline providing first contact support
  • Serve as liaison between employees and level 2 and level 3 technical and functional team members to resolve issues.
  • Analyses and resolves issues regarding the use of store hardware and software providing level 1 technical support. Support includes computers, computer peripherals, printers, mobile phones, and multifunction devices. Basic troubleshooting of computer networkingand wireless technology.
  • Working with the IT Operations team to provide systems support and administration as time allows
  • Must be available (especially during regular business hours or shifts) to communicate with peers, supervisors, customers, vendors and any other person or organization with whom interaction is required to accomplish work and employer goals.
  • The IT Support Analyst will be expected to visit stores and office locations throughout Europe to help troubleshoot issues that cannot be solved remotely and to assist in new store openings
  • Experience in incident management systems such as Service Now is preferred
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM is desired
  • Experience with Retail POS solutions is desired
  • Experience with Oracle OrPOS system is recommended
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Windows desktop support (Windows 10) and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Understanding of networking and voiceover IP phone systems is recommended
