Description
As a Sales Support Executive you will manage and deliver the following:

  • Support the National Account team with current customers & acquisition of new customers in retail, convenience, online and export
  • Completion of all customer related administration including promotions and new line forms
  • Manage the promotional activity calendar
  • Manage company and customer price lists
  • Coordinate key NPD and seasonal forecasts from the commercial team
  • Support the Field Sales Team including presell management and POS/sales information
  • Management and updating of Customer portals
  • Samples coordination and dispatch to customers
  • Assist with presentation preparation for key customer meetings as required
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements and efficiencies to existing processes

What you'll need to succeed:


You should have 1+ years' experience in a similar FMCG Sales Support role, with good commercial awareness and IT literacy.

You should also have a proven track record of working cross functionally with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail, and hold a full clean driving license.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Portadown (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Portadown: Relocate before starting work (required)
