The post holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Trust's salary sacrifice schemes.

The hours can be extremely flexible to suit your circumstances and consists of hybrid working both at home and in the office.

Being responsible for the National Minimum Wage checks and other pre-approval requirements before the salary sacrifice orders are approved.

Communicating with both internal and external individuals with a high level of professionalism, and informing payroll of any amendments to salaries as a result of the scheme.

Ensuring Standing Financial Instructions, best accounting practice and other statutory legislation is adhered to.

  • Working as part of the Financial Accounts team the post holder will be the Trust's main point of contact and administration lead for the car and home electronic salary sacrifice schemes, including processing new orders and dealing with queries.
  • The processing of monthly invoices on our finance system (ABS).
  • Raising adhoc invoice requests.
  • Supporting the wider financial accounts team with any other duties as reasonably required, including: assisting in the patient property / lost property process; and
- participation in performing control account reconciliations for the salary sacrifice schemes, undertaking stock takes, and general administration.
