ADMISSIONS OFFICER
(Required for July/August 2023. Full time equivalent annual salary circa £30,000 (pro rata £21,257 for term time plus five weeks during School holidays), plus benefits including generous contributory pension scheme, holiday entitlement and life assurance.

The Admissions Officer assists the Head of Admissions in all areas of the department, providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth running and successful completion of the admissions process, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Duties include management of the admissions database, registration process and student records.

Other responsibilities include liaising with prospective parents, leading prospective parent tours, assisting with key parent and pupil events such as exam days, Open Mornings and deputising for the Head of Admissions when required.

Hours are 30 per week, to be worked over four or five days per week during term time plus five weeks during the School holidays (including the last two weeks of August).

Precise hours are negotiable.

Flexibility is required during busy weeks where additional hours may be required (including prior to and during January entrance examinations) for which time off in lieu will be given during less busy periods of the year.
