Admin Service Coordinator in Fantastic Asset - London, United Kingdom - Central Appointments
Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly created role as an Operations Coordinator, reporting into the Office Manager duties will include assisting with international office initiatives and improvements as well as helping co-ordinate an office move.
You will liaise with service providers, building management and utilities companies and assist with service contracts and ordering of stationery supplies.
You will also assist with facilities, maintenance and IT projects. You will also assist with managingkitchen supplies and help with catering for events and meetings. Responsibilities will include assisting with calender management and assisting with administrative support and office projects.
Initially based in the West End the company is moving to the City in the spring and you will be actively involved in the office re-location and duties.
