This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Customer Services within the Print IndustryThe typical working hours will be Monday - Friday (8:00am - 16:30pm)
Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for customers and the J Thomson sales team
Supporting the Digital Manager with administrative tasks
Ordering materials, checking stock levels
Keeping customers up to date with information relating to queries
Dealing with couriers
Learning to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative, developing excellent communication skills
You will work towards being a Customer Service Representative/Estimator with a view to being assigned your own key accounts and sales personnel
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
