Placement Coordinator needed with Southampton City Council


Start Date:


  • ASAP

Location - Southampton


Duration - Initially 3 months


Hours per week - 37 hours per week


Salary - £15.81 ltd per hour


Description:


  • To receive referrals from practitioners and secure appropriate support packages/placements
  • To ensure effective communication with practitioners, budget holders, providers, commissioners, and finance teams and to carry out speedy resolution of queries
  • To monitor and act upon customer feedback to improve customer experiences and to meet or exceed customer satisfaction

What is required?

  • Educated to GCSE level A-C in English and Maths
  • Previous experience in a similar role
