Overview:
Here, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Main duties:
- Supporting all internal staff across multiple countries
- Troubleshooting issues including but not limited to
- Outlook and Printers
- Dealing with new starter accounts and processing leaver accounts
- Working with other departments on various projects
- Maintaining our asset database to make sure we are in line with our ISO accreditations

Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this Cloud Network Specialist programme are as follows:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

£16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
Future prospects:
Once the apprenticehip has successfully be completed, there is a possibility to gain full time employment.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
