Site Manager - commercial properties

Sites around the South and South East - all overnight expenses paid

£45,000 - £50,000 pa plus expenses
This role, for an experienced hands-on site Manager or Foreman, is joining a growing Facilities Management company. You will be working on a variety of FM projects, including Renovations, Refits, Redecoration, Conversions etc on commercial properties.

The role of Site Foreman / Site Manager includes:

Working on site across the UK as needed, depending on the project
Being responsible for works on site, as well as your team of employees and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed within timescale and to specification

To be considered for the role, you should have:

SMSTS
Experience of managing people
A driven person with an ambition to achieve and progress
Ability to problem solve
First aid qualified.

All expenses incurred while working away are covered by the company including use of company vehicles and fuel cards, hotel accommodation and living/ food allowance expenditure
