**Job Summary
To be responsible on shift for the day to day operational organisation of Bedwellty House & Park. To take a lead on a designated area of the hospitality business.

To be responsible for the performance management of a designated area of Bedwellty House leading this area against agreed targets.

(Area of responsibility may include planning, designing and delivering a varied and exciting school holiday programme of events and activities, ensuring the catering compliance is fully met, leading on the bar area)


To be responsible on shift for the day to day operational organisation including management of staff at Bedwellty House & Park.

To ensure that all Health & Safety standards are maintained, in line with current legislation, ensuring that all visitors to Bedwellty House & Park act in a safe and proper manner.

To support the Facility Team Leader and Parks & Hospitality Manager on developing and co-ordinating a comprehensive Weddings, functions & event calendar; this may include liaising with hirers, costing Weddings/functions, set ups, planning, preparation and delivery.

To ensure the high brand standards and expectations of staff is maintained at all times, ensuring excellent customer care is practised by all staff.

To deal with customer complaints at source and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion where possible.

To lead by example and be a positive role model for staff and volunteers, adhering to all trust policies and working procedures.
