Freelance MEP / M and E QS : Tier One contractor : GBP90m mixed:use project : Outside IR35 / Limited Company
I have an immediate requirement for a Freelance M and E / MEP or Change Manager to measure, price, submit and agree Mechanical and Electrical Variations on a GBP90m mixed:use project in Central London.
The project is a mix of Healthcare, Commercial and Residential apartments, c.GBP90m and runs until Summer 2026 : JCT Traditional contract.
The role is site:based with a day a week working from home as required.
The preference is for an M and E / MEP QS from either an Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractor background or from a Tier One or Two main contracting background with strong M and E package experience, ideally whos also strong in Change Management / Variations.
The requirement is for c.6 months and has the potential to go longer on another project.
The role is available on a Limited Company basis / Outside Scope of IR35.
