Gecko Travel Recruitment are working exclusively with this incredible travel business, who have found a niche in the events market and are going from strength to strength As part of their continued growth plan, they are looking to recruit a Reservations Consultant to join their team.


As Reservations Consultant you will working closely with their clients to understand their hotel requirements, you'll then manage their hotel allocations whilst also offering a concierge service to VIP's.


Our clients have a centrally located office where you'll be based 3 days a week, and they're offering a competitive salary, which will depend on experience, plus excellent benefits.


The role:


  • To deliver exceptional customer service to a broad client base
  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with hotel partners
  • Be proactive, anticipating client needs and demonstrate high levels of customer service
  • To ensure that all hotel allocations are booked accordingly
  • Be the key point of contact for existing and new clients

You will have:


  • A desire to want to work for a start up travel business, offering a fast paced and everchanging working environment
  • An open mind and willingness to learn
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reservations or Events background is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask
