TEMPORARY INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

NG- NOTTINGHAM CITY CENTER

£9.55 PER HOUR

MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS

SHIFTS BETWEEN 8AM AND 6PM

EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 9AM TILL 1PM
Our client is seeking an experienced INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking all inbound calls
  • Taking messages and updating internal database
  • Following in house processes
  • Processing follow up notes and messages

Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£9.55 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nottingham, NG1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
