I am currently recruiting a Temporary HR Administrator to work for a global FMCG company based in West London. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months, with the option to go permanent.Client Details
My client is a global FMCG brand based in West London.
They are one of the most recognised brands in the world and work alongside a number of other blue chip companies.
Due to recent changes in the team and some upcoming projects they are now looking to hire a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team for initially 3-6 months with the potential to be extended or to go permanent.
They are based in West London and is accessible on the district and central tube lines.
Description
Temporary HR Administrator, West London
- Supporting HR Advisors with general administration
- Collating data where and if required for reporting purposes
- Administrating and organising the HR mailbox
- Assisting the HR Coordinators with the recruitment process
- Liaising with the wider team to organise interviews
- Sending out offer letters and contracts
- Setting up new starters to the business
- Performing payroll administration tasks
Profile
FMCG experience is advantageous.
