I am currently recruiting a Temporary HR Administrator to work for a global FMCG company based in West London. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months, with the option to go permanent.


Client Details
My client is a global FMCG brand based in West London.

They are one of the most recognised brands in the world and work alongside a number of other blue chip companies.


Due to recent changes in the team and some upcoming projects they are now looking to hire a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team for initially 3-6 months with the potential to be extended or to go permanent.

This is a great opportunity to work for a large international company.

They are based in West London and is accessible on the district and central tube lines.


Description

Temporary HR Administrator, West London

  • Supporting HR Advisors with general administration
  • Collating data where and if required for reporting purposes
  • Administrating and organising the HR mailbox
  • Assisting the HR Coordinators with the recruitment process
  • Liaising with the wider team to organise interviews
  • Sending out offer letters and contracts
  • Setting up new starters to the business
  • Performing payroll administration tasks

Profile
FMCG experience is advantageous.
