A prestigious private markets firm with 40 years of experience is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their London based team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and vibrant ITenvironment, they are looking for someone who has a passion for IT and helping others.

Position overview
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Working with software and hardware vendors' technical support staff to resolve complex problems, when required
Managing the IT onboarding and offboarding activities of all employees.
Thoroughly documenting issues and resolutions in the ticket management system and assists in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
Evaluating new software packages and hardware

Essential Skills and personal qualities

Experience with remote access support, video conference setup and general basic troubleshooting
Must be able to lift and move various computer hardware
Experience with Office365, SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Windows 10
