A prestigious private markets firm with 40 years of experience is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their London based team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and vibrant ITenvironment, they are looking for someone who has a passion for IT and helping others.
Position overviewYour technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working with software and hardware vendors' technical support staff to resolve complex problems, when required
- Managing the IT onboarding and offboarding activities of all employees.
- Thoroughly documenting issues and resolutions in the ticket management system and assists in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
- Evaluating new software packages and hardware
- Experience with remote access support, video conference setup and general basic troubleshooting
- Must be able to lift and move various computer hardware
- Experience with Office365, SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Windows 10
