Later Life advisors will use a variety of techniques including effective diagnosis, individual and group coaching to support participants to access the programme and progress in their journey towards secure retirement.

As a result, we are looking for Later Life Advisors with the knowledge, skillsets, and experience to work with different types of participants


Later Life Advisors will deliver our services in employer premises, remotely or at agreed suitable locations (dependent upon employer need).

They will work towards strict targets and guidelines in accordance with the programme obligations and PeoplePlus process.

This is not an exhaustive list and Later Life Advisor will be expected to carry out any other duties as may be specified by their manager from time to time.
