Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to lead our Capital Developments and Property Services team within the Estates & Facilities Department here at Great Western Hospitals NHS Trust.

This varied and demanding role will be responsible for delivering a range of capital developments across the site.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilisation of our current estate footprint and you will also play a crucial role in helping the Trust achieve its Green Plan obligations & aspirations.


You will have extensive experience at a senior level of delivering capital projects, ideally within the NHS, along with demonstrable knowledge of the various forms of contract management.
