    Job Title: Housekeeper

    Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours

    Shifts: 8am - 4pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

    Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

    Location: Halstead, C09 2DW

    What you'll be doing:

    • Keeping our centre sparkling You'll clean communal areas, bedrooms, and prepare beds for new admissions
    • Sorting laundry and making sure linens and towels are fresh and ready
    • Following daily work schedules and using cleaning products safely and correctly
    • Wearing PPE and following all health & safety and infection control guidelines
    • Helping maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff

    What we're looking for:


    Essential:

    • Physically fit and happy with hands-on, manual work
    • A team player who can also work independently
    • Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
    • Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
    • Flexible and happy to adapt to changing priorities
    • Willing to complete any training needed

    Desirable (but not a dealbreaker):

    • Experience in a housekeeping or laundry role
    • Computer literate (Word, Excel)
    • Food hygiene or cleaning-related qualifications
