Senior Administrator needed with Devon County Council based in Exeter

Start
Date:

ASAP

Location - Exeter (although can be fully remote)

Duration - Initially 6 months

Hours
per
week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £12.24 ltd an hour

Description:

To type up accurate and condense notations from Child Protection meetings, alongside other administrative responsibilities
You will be transcribing prerecorded meetings, but will be required to take minutes during live meetings thereafter
You will be working to strict turnaround times to support the crucial Child Protection Services
Additional responsibilities may include organising meetings, and distribution of minutetaking assignments across the team
Some training will be provided
Presently fully remote working opportunities although there may be a requirement to attend an office base in the future

What is required?

Must be able to evidence competent and confidence in notetaking
Experience in taking comprehensive and accurate transcriptions with excellent typing skills
GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
