Description
As a family run group of nursing/dementia care homes, Clearstone Care are looking for an administrator to work in the office of a nursing home in Sutton along with the Registered Manager.
The role at Sutton Court Care Centre will be for a minimum of 40 hours per week and working predominantly from Monday to Friday.
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
- Collate wages and ensure the home is fully compliant with regards to staffing information kept on file and recruitment.
- Administration of computerised care plan system.
- To assist with general administration and support tasks under the direction of the Manager.
- Liaise with families and Local Authorities when required.
- Minute taking and support Senior staff, when required, to ensure the smooth running of the Home.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars, as well as organising transport for residents.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Receive Telephone calls and direct to the appropriate person.
- Reception duties.
- Filing.
ABOUT YOU:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check and Adult First check (DBS)
- Two satisfactory references including the previous employer
