Exam Data Operations Administrator
My client, an established and respected training provider, seeks an enthusiastic individual to join their assessments operation team.


You will help to deliver world-leading assessments by ensuring all administrative tasks within the remit of the Operations Team are completed efficiently, in a timely manner and to a high standard.


Exam Operations
The primary aim of the role will be to assist in ensuring successful deliveries of the assessments.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Operations Team with the delivery of the exams. This includes attending exam days and overseeing freelancers throughout the exam period.
  • The team are passionate about innovating and improving their processes so you will need to be someone who is willing to offer alternative solutions and ways of working.
  • You will need to be able to work with large sets of complex data so good attention to detail is crucial for this role.
  • Working with multiple databases and booking systems so you will need to be flexible in your approach to work and able to pick up new skills quickly.


You'll also carry out other duties, within the broad scope and spirit of your role, as requested by your manager.

As the business continuously evolves, so your role will too.


What you'll bring

  • Excellent administrative skills including organisational, time and documentation (electronic and paper) management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • A proven ability to work accurately with complex and detailed records.
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to selfmotivate and use initiative where relevant.
  • The ability to operate within a team and to work efficiently and sensitively with all team members.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience of a similar role in an assessment environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to be flexible and work within the business required hours.
