Role:
Sales Support Executive


Location:
Kirkham, Preston


Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Salary:
£25,000 per annum

Role and responsibilities:


Ideal4Finance are seeking an experienced Sales Support Supervisor to join our busy and fast-paced team We are looking for someone who demonstrates passion to help customers to achieve great outcomes.

Previous experience of working in a sales or customer service environment and supervising sales support or sales administration staff is desirable.

**Your role will include:
- *
  • Confirmation of appointments following a compliant script.
  • Operate an inhouse CRM system and understand its functionality.
  • Management of BDM's diary.
  • Liaise with Sales Manager and Telesales Manager regarding appointments.
  • Completion of DocuSign contracts esignature.
  • Involved in daily meetings to discuss performance of telesales.
  • Taking payments and setting up direct debits.
  • Sending reminder text messages for appointments.
  • Other delegated roles where necessary.
  • Supervise telesales team in the absence of Telesales Manager/Sales Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Managerial experience not essential but would be advantageous.
  • Experience of working in a sales environment essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office & database skills required.
  • Ability to prioritise, work efficiently & accurately & be able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
