My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This can be either full time Monday to Friday or part time (around 30hpw)Job description:
- Primarily involved in the administration of sales & purchasing.
- Processing orders from receipt to delivery and raising invoices to customer.
- Stock Control maintaining records, planning & scheduling stock orders.
- Preparing associated paperwork (Packing Lists, Invoicing)
- Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders
- High level of customer service and problem solving
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a sales administration role for at least 2 years
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer focused.
- Polite and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Problem solving and organisational skills.
- Selfmotivated and use own initiative.
- Good team player
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in an ERP (Exact) System, Gmail, Excel and Word
Desirable Requirements:
- Import / export experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Technical Sales Admin background or knowledge
- Shipping Dangerous Goods
- General Office Management Skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
