My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This can be either full time Monday to Friday or part time (around 30hpw)


Job description:


  • Primarily involved in the administration of sales & purchasing.
  • Processing orders from receipt to delivery and raising invoices to customer.
  • Stock Control maintaining records, planning & scheduling stock orders.
  • Preparing associated paperwork (Packing Lists, Invoicing)
  • Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders
  • High level of customer service and problem solving

Essential Requirements:


  • Experience in a sales administration role for at least 2 years
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer focused.
  • Polite and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Selfmotivated and use own initiative.
  • Good team player
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in an ERP (Exact) System, Gmail, Excel and Word

Desirable Requirements:


  • Import / export experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
  • Technical Sales Admin background or knowledge
  • Shipping Dangerous Goods
  • General Office Management Skills
The role is paying £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for part time) depending on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
