Recruitment Consultant - Norwich

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum + massive benefits

OTE - £50k PLUS
We are in search for a trainee recruitment consultant to join a successful establishment based in Norwich.

In the last 12 months our client have made a lot of progression and due to a sustained period of growth they are now recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join this growing organisation.


Key Duties

  • Business Development
  • Create job adverts by advertising on sites such as CV library and Linked in
  • Organise networking events and facilitate professional learning opportunities for educators
  • Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives
  • Willing to learn and develop on the job
  • Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Team Player
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independent as well as part of a team

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
