_HYBRID WORKING (1 day in the office)_

Responsibilities of Housing Complaints Specialist:

Deliver customerfocused advice and service
Keep up to date with current/emerging legislation and policy to ensure development and improvement in services
Managing the complaints process for housing and investigating, reporting and resolution of complaints
Liaising with complainants and services to gather information and investigate to draft responses and monitor the process
Liaise with various stakeholder such as to resolve issued and enquiries

Essential experience for Housing Complaints Specialist:

Reasonable working knowledge of legislation and developments
Experience working within complaints and resolution
