Client Details
Page Personnel are working with a growing and highly successful business. They are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team at an exciting time.
Description
- Processing of payroll on various pay frequencies (monthly and weekly)
- Process payroll changes e.g. new hires, terminations, tax codes
- Registering new employees with HMRC
- Corresponding with HMRC where necessary
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation
- Ensuring payroll procedures are adhered to in accordance with Company audit guidelines.
- Answering payroll related queries from internal and external parties.
- Prepare reports for senior management, finance department
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and management
- Submit reports and payments to pension providers
- Updating the payroll system for changes to pensions
Profile
- Previously worked within a Payroll leadership role
- Required
- Good working knowledge of HR and Payroll procedures
- Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Required
- High attention to detail
- Required
- Ability to work efficiently towards deadlines
- Required
Job Offer
