We have amazing pupils, families, staff and governors, and seek another Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Redwood Pastoral team.

suitable experience and qualifications, for a full time Higher Level Teaching Assistant position working as part of our Pastoral Team across the primary age phase.

The role will include supporting pupils and their families with attendance and providing behaviour support in addition to our existing nurture provision.

Experienced and committed to providing support for pupils with a range of emotional needs eg attachment and trauma issues, bereavement, social and emotional needs.
Good at working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
Willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
