The Role
We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications officer with a passion for charity who understand the ethos and aims of our organisation.
This is the perfect role for an experienced communications or campaigns officer who is organised, with a flair for community engagement and proven experience in campaign management.
They will know how to effectively use each channel in relation to audience and objective all the while, protecting and upholding our reputation.
The Marketing Team
This is a very exciting opportunity to join Enable's growing Marketing team who report into the Head of Growth and Branding.
You will gain valuable hands-on experience with room for growth and the chance to see tangible output in the not-for-profit sector.
The marketing team is a small and supportive team, with a high output and flexible and collaborative approach to work.
Integral to the Marcomms team who report to the Head of Growth and Branding, the Community Campaigns Officer will work with our charitable services to deliver campaign strategy and grow community programmes for maximum uptake and impact as we reach more beneficiaries in our established borough and beyond.
Key responsibilities will include:
Understanding and setting measurable outcomes for each project.
Managing timelines and budgets.
Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders in order to support their project deliverables.
Writing campaign plans and all related briefs in order to communicate deliverables effectively with the wider team.
Review and evaluate campaign results, pulling out key trends and learnings to inform future work.
Support the senior marketing team to achieve strategic objectives and reputational aims company-wide.
Occasional weekend work at some of our exciting events will be required.
Any other related duties as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager, and Head of Growth and Branding.
Skills and experience
Proven track record of project managing charitable/third sector/community marketing campaigns.
Have the strong sense and ability to measure success and analyse campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
An overall understanding of the full marketing matrix.
Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to work autonomously under the direction of senior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
