Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate patient and experienced SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Richmond starting as soon as possible.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and making a tangible difference in their academic and personal development.
- Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with SEND
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans IEPs and EHCP targets
- Support the pupil's academic social emotional development Promote positive behaviour independence confidence Observe record report on pupil progress Work closely with teachers SENCo other staff to deliver personalised support Support the pupil during transitions structured activities break times Contribute to staff meetings training school initiatives Maintain safe structured inclusive learning environment Follow safeguarding child protection procedures at all times
