Your Skills:
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, SAP experience would be extremely beneficial, experience within a transport / logistics / chemical environment desirable.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Middlesbrough team with specific responsibility for supporting the Operations function.
Reporting to the QC & Admin Manager you will work closely with local site transport, production, and warehousing teams to deliver a range of general administration duties using SAP, handling incoming drivers, Microsoft Office and hard copy files.
Key Responsibilities:
- To complete all administrative duties within agreed time scales.
- To produce and process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders and scan various documentation.
- Prioritise your workload effectively.
- Continuously review all activities adopting a "can do" and proactive approach.
- Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements.
About You:
- It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational skills along with strong IT skills.
- This role is for a highly motivated individual, ideally with experience of administrative tasks.
- You will strive for accuracy of information and be capable of working on your own initiative in what will be a key role to the efficient operation of the site.
