Role summary


As a Technical Support Advisor at Invosys, you will play a crucial role as the frontline representative of our 24/7 helpdesk, providing technical assistance and exceptional customer service to our clients in the telecommunication sector.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients, utilising diagnostic tests and remote actions to resolve problems efficiently.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our supply chain network to facilitate timely resolution of issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Raise tickets and liaise with suppliers when required to fix issues.
  • Prioritise tickets in line with SLA's.
  • Provide customer updates in line with response SLA's
  • Accountability of support issues and seek closure, ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
  • Ensuring highstandards of customer service are maintained.

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
£22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
