This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to develop leadership skills as a Deputy Team Lead within the Mindsmatter Leadership Team.

The role, which is a 1.0 WTE job, offers the opportunity to gain considerable experience in service development, managerial, and additional supervisory skills.

You will join a friendly and supportive clinical and managerial leadership team that also includes a CBT lead, Counselling lead, PWP lead, consultant clinical lead, Strategic manager/training academy leads and Team Leads.

We are looking for applicants with substantial experience of working within the field of mental health and ideally some knowledge and experience of working within an IAPT service, working with complex client presentations, and providing formal clinical supervision / mentorship to qualified clinical staff.
