What's involved with this role:


Interim Information Management Officer/ Administrator -Hybrid Working - PSR 1JP

Pay Rate:
£13.70 per hour PAYE
Location: Bristol - 3-4 days in office required

Contract Length:
Anticipated 6 months Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help.

JOB INFO:
An Information Management Officer/ Customer Service Administrator is needed on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. There will be opportunity to gain skills from other areas of the team. Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help


What you'll do:


  • Provide daily support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks.
  • To deliver excellent customer service, supporting iHub activity across the whole of the Delivery Agency.
  • Acting as a key team player, you will gain awareness and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation; from asset management to actioning new accounts.
  • Submitting catalogue requests
  • Supporting asset management
  • Supporting customer advice & providing guidance on requests as per service catalogue
  • Using SharePoint permissions & basic site maintenance
  • Supporting team admin and conduct asset audits.

Who you are:


  • Previous experience of SharePoint desirable
  • Previous Admin experience
  • Previous experience working within customer services
  • Previous asset management experience desirable
