Description
We're looking for an experienced In-House Resourcing Business Partner to join our team and support the resourcing activity across our UK offices.
The resourcing team acts as a centre of excellence within HR, implementing recruitment best practice, deployment of direct talent attraction methods and delivery of key hires for the business.
This role will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and we are offering a salary up to £40000 plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing Resourcing expertise to both HR and business stakeholders at all levels (across various sites in the UK.
- Design and implementation of the resourcing strategy and plans for business areas.; including developing talent pipelines, identifying areas of focus, and making recommendations using key resourcing data.
- Design and delivery of direct attraction strategy (including job adverts, media selection, social media campaigns)
- Keeping up to date with market advancements and best in class standards
You will have experience in:
- Direct sourcing experience either from an agency, RPO or inhouse environment. From within or working with large blue chip organisation and clients.
- Managing stakeholders across a variety of levels; with the ability to influence and bring people on the journey.
- Proven knowledge of the utilisation of social and digital channels for targeted sourcing.
- Recruitment campaign design and management is an advantage.
