We're looking for an exceptionally proactive and organised person with great customer service skills, and the ability to work seamlessly between all our five wellbeing services that we offer as an organisation.


Kintsugi Hope are looking for someone who will not only put in the effort required, but is also passionate about our vision of Kintsugi Hope.

We are a relatively new organisation, and this role will grow and develop as time goes on. A flexible and positive attitude is therefore necessary.

There's lots to do, but we're a great team, and we're keen to ensure everyone's positive wellbeing and good teamwork is promoted.

Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience


Contract:
Fixed Term (1 Year) Full time with the possibility of extension (37.5 hours a week) Office Based


Benefits:

Together, as Wellbeing Services, you will be assisting and strengthening all the external services provided by Kintsugi Hope, with lots of potential interaction with our beneficiaries, as well as supporters.

While some elements of this job description are already in progress, a lot of the responsibilities will require setting up.

It is important therefore to note that there will be other tasks added to the below list of responsibilities.


Wellbeing Groups

  • Arranging and taking part in Group Leader Catch ups, information Sessions, Group Experiences, Partner Organisation Welcome calls, and Group Leader Newsletters.
  • General administration, data input and reporting required on the GMS and Kintsugi Hope CRM (ThankQ).
  • Collating, analysing, and presenting data from various sources.
  • Coordaining the update of groups material and training provided for Group leaders.
  • Engaging with Partner Organisations, growing the benefits, chasing financial contributions, and assisting Organisation Leads.
  • Working with the Wellbeing Coordinator, creating and supporting Group Leaders with the opportunity of Social Prescribing in their local areas.
  • Working towards the goal of everyone across the UK to have the opportunity to attend a Wellbeing Group.
  • Coming up with new and improved ways to support our beneficiaries

Mental Health Friendly Church

  • Booking and arranging the personnel, admin and logistics for all MHFC training.
  • Printing and compiling all the materials required.
  • Following up with delegates and host venues

Regional Support

  • Supporting National Development Manager where required, in particular working with the development and implementation of new hubs.

General

  • Together with the Support Administrator, providing general administrative support and cover for the Kintsugi Hope office.
  • Representing Kintsugi Hope at events, online and in person.
  • Contributing to the wider strategy and vision for Kintsugi Hope.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
